Write Now Philly reviews books by Philadelphia-area authors. We are interested in reviewing novels, story collections, poetry books, and nonfiction by local writers about any subject in any genre. We are also interested in reviewing books that are of particular interest to local readers–books set in Philadelphia, or about local figures, history, and institutions. We will consider books by publishers of any size, from independent presses to big-five houses. We will also consider reviewing self-published books. Books could be reviewed by our student-interns, faculty, or outside contributing writers.

We cannot guarantee that we will review all books sent to us, of course, but having a review copy on hand makes it more likely that one of our reviewers will take a look at it.
Please do not send us books that do not meet the above description of being either by a Philadelphia-area author or about a topic of special interest to Philadelphia-area readers (it does NOT have to be both).
